Our practitioners are exceptionally skilled and ready to provide you with quality medical care at most reasonable rates. All of our clinicians are certified by the National Certification Commission for for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and have years of practical experience treating many different types of patients and conditions with Oriental Medicine in private and group settings.

The Affordable Acupuncture and Healing Touch clinics in Bellingham were both established by Dr. Judy Chiasson. Judy graduated in 1998 with a Master's Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine and earned her Doctorate from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in 1995. Judy has spent time studying in China, where she worked in hospital out-patient clinics.Judy specializes in the treatment of pain and Life Style Enrichment. "My great joy is watching patients who have been in pain be able to move, continue their activities, and feel like themselves again through treatment."

	Rand Dennis, L.Ac.
	Rand Dennis received her Master's Degree in Acupuncture from The Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine in 2006. She is a licensed acupuncturist and is also fully qualified to prescribe Chinese herbal formulas. In addition to treating pain, Rand specializes in treating skin conditions, menstrual issues, mental and emotional disorders, migraines, and infertility. A mother of two middle-school aged children and a resident of Bellingham for 12 years, Rand enjoys sailing, hiking, and long walks with her dog, Oliver.

	Tim Baglio, L.Ac.
	Tim graduated in 2007 with a Master's Degree from the Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine. Tim has been involved with Martial Arts, Chinese Medicine, and Taoist Qigong for over a decade. Tim has lived and worked in Asia, having studied Herbal Medicine in Korea and earning a Certificate of Advanced Study from the Zhejiang Provincial College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Tim completed a year-long Medical Qigong training and has considerable experience with Tui-Na massage, Taoist Meditation practices, and Internal Martial Arts.
